南涌永續希望籌款活動 Nam Chung Sustainable Hope Fund-raising Activity
2007年，我們籌了八萬元，承租了這片魚塘，
延展開我們的工作，種植瓜菜、果樹。
2008年，我們申請了一些資助，擴展了我們的工作，開始了一些基建，進行了一些實驗；目前正平整土地，準備種稻；整理經驗，籌辦工作坊。
現在，魚塘成為一片濕地，成為一個本地永續生產實驗的基地。
未來，我們希望籌措足夠的資金，向村民繼續承租這片濕地，保持這一片鳥兒可棲息的地方，繼續我們的永續生產實驗，同時向本地農友分享我們的經驗－生產、留種、堆肥；並籌組生產者及消費者連成的社區經濟網絡。我們希望為本地農業和土地出一分力。我們希望展示漁農生產與生態環境的和諧並存。
2009年，我們希望邀請一些支持這個永續希望的朋友，能夠一同來到這片土地分享我們兩年來的工作成果，參與這個永續希望的活動，好讓永續希望能在這片土地延續下去…
籌款目標：八萬港元支付魚塘的一年租金。
In 2007, we raised $80,000, kept the fish ponds, started our works, planted fruit trees and produced;
In 2008, we applied for some subsidy, expanded our work, started some infrastructure; did some experiments; currently flattening the land, going to plant rice; consolidate our experiences and organise workshops
In the present, fishpond became wetland, it became a base for local sustainable agriculture experiment.
In the future, we hope to raise enough funds and keep leasing this land from the villagers; conserve this land for birds; continue our sustainable agriculture experiments, share our experience with other local farmers about production, keeping seeds, making compost and to develop community-supported-agriculture networks. We devote ourselves to local agriculture and this land. We hope to demonstrate the balance and harmony between agriculture and ecological environment.
In 2009, we hope to invite some friends who support this sustainable hope to come to this land and share our harvest from the past two years; to join our activities, may the sustainable hope on this land be extended…….

活動內容：
1.有機聚餐：自家烘焙薄餅、即場去縠有機糙米
飯、有機蔬菜、有機鮮菇。
2.自製薄餅及菇醬：以新鮮食材及用心學習來炮製一個
意想不到、與別不同的薄餅和菇醬。
3.南涌生態漫賞遊：先去了解和欣賞這片土地，然後決
定保育這片土地。

交通 How to go： 於粉嶺火車站乘56K專線小巴，於南涌下車(車程約20分鐘)，再步行15 分鐘 （逢00分及30分發 Take 56K Minibus at Fanling railway station, get off at Namchung (about 20 minutes travel) and then walk for about 15 minutes (Minibus set off at every 00 & 30 minutes)
