中大招募參與者 齊習瑜伽
(星島日報報道)瑜伽是近年受大眾歡迎的消閒活動,亦被視為一種低至中度的運動。恆常練習有助改善身心健康。最近中大進行瑜伽與身心健康發展的研究項目,現正招募大眾參與,藉習練瑜伽強健身心,改善體質。
